‘Rick and Morty’ Season 3 Episode 2 Details to be Revealed on Special Livestream Event

Adult Swim is finally giving Rick and Morty’s fans a glimpse of hope that the show will still air despite the long delay. The company announced a special live stream for the show this week. Fans are expecting that details of the highly-anticipated Rick and Morty Season 3 Episode 2 will be revealed this time.

Rick and Morty Season 3 Episode 2 has been delayed for way too long, and it sparked speculations on the real reason for the holdup. There was a feud rumor between series creators Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland. Harmon, however, put the rumor to bed and clarified that he and Roiland are not fighting.

To further ease the doubts about the future of the series, Adult Swim announced that there would be a live streaming of Rick and Morty along with its creators on June 29. The announcement came after a recent series of tweets from Harmon, in which he once again addressed the rumors about the show’s future.

What to Expect in Rick and Morty Live Stream

On Facebook, Adult Swim shared that it will be “a spontaneous evening of Rick and Morty” with the show’s creators, Harmon and Roland. A press release for the event also teases, “Don’t miss it. Or be late. Trust us.” Will there be a Rick and Morty Season 3 Episode 2 surprise? It can be recalled that Adult Swim dropped Season 3 Episode 1 on April Fools’ Day without warning.

Rick and Morty’s official Instagram account, meanwhile, hints a possible announcement. “… Justin and Dan will be there. And it will be spontaneous. And that’s all we can tell you,” the announcement states. Details of the event remain vague at the moment. Paste Magazine reported that tickets were sold out in a matter of minutes.

Dan Harmon New Explanation About Rick and Morty Season 3 Delay

Harmon called his recent tweets “A hungover thread” for Rick and Morty fans. According to Harmon, Season 3 of the animated series took so long to air because they also took the time to write it. He explained that they aim for perfection for the third season; hence, they took more time finishing the script than they had anticipated.

The reason S3 took long is because it took long to write, because it was S3 of a show that we were scared to make worse than S2 or S1.

He also once again stressed that there is no fighting going on between him and Roiland. “It just happens to be hilariously not true even in the slightest. If you do know of me at all you know that if Justin and I HAD ever fought, not only wouldn’t we be able to keep it secret, we’d be all too eager to share it with you. Also, that’s not what would make the show slow down! Fighting probably would have been a good idea, it might have sped us up,” Harmon said.

If you do know of me at all you know that if Justin and I HAD ever fought, not only wouldn't we be able to keep it secret,
