The power of love was certainly made present last night at Money In The Bank, with one of the most highly anticipated debuts in recent memory finally happening, after what has seemed like months of teasing. It was rumored leading up to Money in the Bank that Mike Bennett and Maria Kanellis were spotted in St. Louis, and they made their debut Sunday night after the SmackDown Women’s Championship match.During her previous time with the promotion, Maria received the 2009 Slammy Award for Diva of the Year. During their runs in Ring of Honor, New Japan and TNA, he was Mike or Michael Bennett, and she was Maria Kanellis or Kanellis-Bennett. And sure enough, during Sunday’s Money in the Bank pay-per-view, they made a big debut as “Mike and Maria Kanellis” (an awesome choice), appearing onstage by standing on an enormous heart, and addressing the crowd via headset microphones. The “First Lady of Wrestling” and her husband were slated to debut earlier, but those plans were sidetracked. The couple came out during tonight’s PPV and cut a promo on how they were going to introduce the WWE to the “power of love”.Regardless of the luke-warm reception to their freakish and polarizing introduction, the pair is confirmed to appear on SmackDown Live this Tuesday.
