Paul George has no plans to talk to LeBron James this summer

Indiana Pacers star Paul George insisted he was going nowhere despite speculation over his future. That came after Amick reported at the February trade deadline the message regarding George’s desire to play for the Lakers “has been sent throughout National Basketball Association”.Paul George’s team put up a good fight, but it was Robert Mathis’ squad that came away with a win to snap a two-game losing streak. The Pacers are now gearing up for the NBA Draft on June 22. When George ends up in a Lakers uniform is still undetermined.”They’re all insane, but they’re all expected”, George said. “I’ve been dealing with this since last season, but I’m just living in the moment”, George said. “That’s all that needs to really be known”.He has, however, met with Pritchard and McMillan multiple times. Cleveland then eliminated the Pacers with a first-round sweep – four wins by a combined total of 16 points – on its way to a third straight Eastern Conference crown. James has a prominent voice within the Cavs organization and free agents join their team because they get to play with James. “It’s hard not to believe that because we did the best against Cleveland of anyone and we could have won that series”. “I expected him to say that”. At this point though, it’s clear that he’d be a better fit with another team than with the Cavs, who need more athleticism, or at the least, players who can consistently score in isolation.
