British Home Secretary Amber Rudd says police “immediately” treated a fatal incident outside a London mosque as a suspected terrorist attack.London police say they are investigating a “major incident” in North London after reports of a vehicle collision with pedestrians early Monday, leaving at least one person dead.The police said it an investigation of the incident is being carried out by the counter terrorism command.The incident came after two terror attacks in London in the past three months involving vehicles ploughing into crowds of people, as well as the suicide bombing attack at a Manchester pop concert in May.
