The xx Collaborates with Raf Simons on ‘I Dare You’ Video

For a music video, the cast list is pretty incredible.”Stranger Things” star Millie Bobby Brown and Paris Jackson team up for The xx’s new music video for “I Dare You” and the pairing may seem freakish until you connect the dots. The band themselves make an appearance too, performing under bright blue skies and the California sunshine.”I Dare You” appears on The xx’s album I See You, which the group released in January. The indie trio, who hail from London, wanted to celebrate the city of Los Angeles in this video, a city they deem “close to [their] hearts”. The video, which features young glitterati like Moonlight actor Ashton Sanders and Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris, follows several young couples daring each other into disparate situations that soon unfold into romance. He collaborated with a hero of ours, Raf Simons on the creative concept and direction.Sanders wears a black turtleneck with a little “206” stitched on the throat, and Cervantes has on a green and purple colorblocked button-down – both pieces from Calvin Klein’s fall 2017 collection.Check out “I Dare You” and a full list of tour dates, below. In October, she’s set to return as Eleven in the Hawkins, Indiana, setting of Stranger Things – somehow, some way.
